They have read through the Nigeria constitution and find out that in section 34(1) of it, every individual(s) (legitimate citizen of Nigeria) is entitled to respect for the dignity of his person or group.
The executives of Gofta M.P.C.S Limited also recognize the fact that in section 38 of the constitution, all Nigerians citizen has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. Base on this, Gofta executives will never allow any group, organization, association or individual(s) no matter how strong or popular he is to victimize any body hiding under the umbrella of goftaworld, to benefit from the government gestures towards the farmers. Hence, we want to therefore use this avenue to inform whomever it may concern that Gofta is a registered multi-purpose co-operative Society with cert # 08024 affiliated directly to the co-operative federation of Nigeria. Registered by the ministry of commerce Edo State. With registration # 6525.
Gofta is also registered with the fadama III as Gofta fadama III cassava farmers co-operative Society. With cert # 09036.
Gofta world enterprise Nigeria is also registered with the corporate affairs commission with registration # BN= =039953 = = Base on this authentication, we have the right to operate in these area we have been permitted by law, without interference by any individual or group, except if it is approved for that purpose by the law of the land.
